Rediscovering Connection: A Conversation About Balancing Intimacy & Parenthood | Brianna Carey (Bonus Episode)

For those that are new around here, I release bonus episodes that serve a niche part of my audience so if the content in this episode doesn’t fit what you’re looking for, check out the other episode that dropped this week with Shira Gill (about being overwhelmed no more) or join me back here next Tuesday for a conversation that you don’t want to miss!

Joining me today is Brianna Carey, a relationship and intimacy coach with 16 years of experience in sexual health education. The conversation covers strategies for nurturing all forms of intimacy in a relationship, not just sexual, through intentional communication, scheduling intimate time, and understanding hormonal changes. Brianna also discusses the importance of self-care, open dialogue, and setting aside regular time for connection in order to prevent resentment and maintain a healthy relationship.

About Brianna

Brianna Carey is a Relationship & Intimacy coach with over 16 years of experience as a sexual health educator. After the birth of her son in 2015, she and her husband quickly realized the lack of support new parents have in nurturing their relationship after having a baby. Brianna works with women who are ready to reclaim their desire & to feel empowered in exploring their pleasure. Together with her husband, Mark, a Licensed Professional Counselor, they work with couples on how to create deeper connections, stronger communication and how to enjoy more fulfilling intimacy while raising their tiny humans.
