Joining me today is the lovely, Kelly Weekers. Kelly is now one of Europe’s leading psychology experts, a 3x best-selling author, a regular spokesperson in the international media, and most importantly, a devoted mother of two. Her latest book, Choosing Me, speaks to being able to choose yourself, upgrading your inner circle, how to find out who you are and what makes you happy, and many more hard-hitting truths that will help you uplift your life, authentically. Today we dive into all of these topics as well as, Kelly sharing her insights on balancing self-love with selflessness - something I wanted to be sure to touch on!

About Kelly

As a child, I was always intrigued by why people act the way they do. I was and still am an introvert, who was always observing others. My interest in human behaviour led me to pursue a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Neuroscience followed by a master’s degree in Clinical and Health Psychology.

Over the course of a decade I have distinguished myself as one of Europe’s leading psychology experts, a 3 x best-selling author with hundreds of thousands of books sold, a regular spokesperson in the international media and TV panellist on the topic of authenticity, self-love and personal growth. I’m grateful to work with many well known names in the industry helping them to overcome stress, anxiety and self-doubt by crafting a life that is authentic to them.

Although I’m very proud of the impact my work makes I’m most proud of being a hands-on mom to two amazing girls.
