EP173: Embrace a Low Maintenance Skincare Routine with Sarah Otto
If you’re anything like me, you desire to maintain an everyday skincare routine. That said, it can be time-consuming, expensive and induce unnecessary decision-fatigue. There is so much noise when it comes to what products to use, when to use them and, of course, what is currently ‘on trend’. My goal with this episode is to simplify the amount of energy spent on your skincare routine so that you can open space for things
About Sarah
Sarah Otto is a former dermatology nurse practitioner who believes 'less is more' when it comes to your skincare routine. Over the years, Sarah discovered that many of us are actually overloading our skin with too many ingredients and products, leading to even more skin issues, like irritation and sensitization. In 2018, she started Otto Skin Goods—a skincare line of gentle, well-made products that give your skin exactly what it needs, in one low-maintenance routine. Launching with just three essential formulas—a day serum, night serum and face oil—Otto is currently in the process of introducing a new product this year: a cleanser. After two years of development, Sarah believes this simple, yet effective cleanser will be well worth the wait. Sarah lives in Grandview Heights, Ohio with her husband and four children, living a minimalist lifestyle and loving every minute of it.
