Bonus Episode: Simplifying Postpartum with Gigi Vera Vincent

On the Minimalist Moms Podcast, I’ve interviewed guests that discuss pregnancy, baby registry and birth plans but I’ve yet to discuss the postpartum experience. I was thrilled to speak to postpartum doula, Gigi Vera Vincent to help navigate this area. Gigi shares five ways to simplify as you prepare for your postpartum experience.

About Gigi

Gigi is a postpartum doula and newborn care specialist, mother to three, including twins, and a wife to her high school sweetheart. As a former teacher, her love languages are planning and handouts; she brings realistic, evidence-based, and actionable advice so that parents can create systems that work. She founded A Simple Home to help parents find their way to raise babies and thrive in the fourth trimester and beyond.
