EP208: Let’s Simplify: Chores with Melissa Griffiths
About Melissa
Melissa Griffiths is the founder of Bless This Mess, a popular food blog focused on helping moms create simple meals that are both nurturing and delicious, for the past 10 years. As a mother of five, she is passionate about taking the stress out of dinner so that it can be enjoyed by everyone at the time, Mom included. Currently living on their 12-acre hobby farm in beautiful Southern Utah, Melissa is cooking in the home she and her husband have spent the last 5 years building themselves. She is raising a brood of kids (5 of them!) and chickens while homeschooling, canning, and growing food. The busy and beautiful messes of life are something she understands. Developing straightforward recipes that will be loved by the whole family is one of her greatest talents.
