Love Your Kids Without Losing Yourself with Morgan Cutlip (EP297)

Motherhood Burnout: We've discussed it before but, if I'm being honest, discussions like this tend to just add to the overwhelm (and pile more on an incredibly full plate!) This episode had the opposite effect on me. My guest, psychotherapist and renowned relationship expert, Dr. Morgan Cutlip, brings an entirely new perspective to the mom burnout conversation. Morgan joined me to share her wisdom and insights from her debut book, "Love Your Kids Without Losing Yourself." In this episode, we'll explore topics such as confidently expressing your needs, crafting a self-care plan that goes far beyond the stereotypical ideas, knowing yourself well enough to know how to ask for help and more.
