On today’s bonus episode, Becca Campbell, sleep consultant and CEO of Little Z's Sleep, brings her personal experience and education to the table to answer the question of parents everywhere, "How can I establish a bedtime routine for my child…and actually stick with it?" Becca answers questions such as how do we minimize battles? How do we stick with it? Helpful do’s and don’ts and more. This conversation was personally quite helpful to me and I wish I would’ve spoken with her when I first started having children. That said, I still found massive benefit with her suggestions (that I could even apply to my own routine!)
