Join me today as I speak with Elizabeth Presta about all things regarding a simpler birth plan. Elizabeth is a licensed doula through DONA International and has been practicing since 2013. She is passionate about women’s healthcare and is continually learning. Today she’s here to explain how we can simplify the birth experience, create a simple birth plan, how a doula can help us throughout the process and some of her suggestions for packing the hospital bag.

About Elizabeth

Elizabeth is a licensed doula through DONA International and has been practicing since 2013. She is also a certified Life Coach (IPEC). The past several years she has traveled extensively (31 countries), immersing herself in the locale and learning cultural birthing norms along the way. Her favorite part of being a doula is partnering with women to make sure they feel validated and heard throughout their birthing experience. Elizabeth is passionate about women’s healthcare and is continually learning. She loves to read, cook, garden, and push herself to new challenges. She recently gave birth to her first child with help of a doula. She had a very long, hard and complicated labor giving her an even deeper passion to give labor support to each birthing person.
